Our Services

ARS is so Much More than a Recruiting Service.

Our 3E’s of Excellence guiding principle means we ensure our student-athletes and the supporting community, commitment to academic and athletic success.

Being a well-rounded student makes you so much more recruit-able and being a composed, resilient athlete sets you up to fully handle the pressures of playing at a higher level. It takes a community, which is why we offer educational seminars to athletes and parents so that everyone is on the same page.

We Assist Everyone

Student Athletes

In addition to our recruitment services, we have a number of courses designed to help you get started, most notably the online SAT exam preparation course.

Not sure if you’re eligible to play at the collegiate level? Visit our athlete’s page to learn how you can benefit from our player assessment.

Families & Parents

We understand how life-changing it is to have a child go off to university/college, especially when they are a student-athlete who will be living away from home for the first time.

ARS was founded by a mom, Sharon Butler. Not only do we have a special parents section, you also have the option of requesting a personal consultation to discuss the transition with her.

Coaches

We work hard to make sure all of our athletes are both athletically and academically desirable for recruitment.

Our recruitment services are free for coaches at the collegiate level.

FAQ's

ARS has been involved in athlete recruiting for 7 plus years. We know your student-athlete’s future is important to you and it is just as important to us. Since the beginning we have valued academics even more than athletics. Being able to help these young student-athletes achieve academic certification through athletics means everything to us. We have built extensive relationships with coaches all across North America. When helping athletes, relationships are the key to success.

Student-Athletes should start their recruitment journey by Sophmore year. Every college program and college coach has their own unique timeline. However, the recruiting process is happening earlier and earlier for student-athletes. With this in mind, certain athletic divisions of college sports have requirements on how young they are allowed to start contacting parents and players (This does not mean that they are not looking though).

If you want to be recruited as a college athlete, having video available for coaches to view is crucial to your recruiting process. College coaches now more than ever want to be able to recruit from the comfort of their own home or office. Having video on our platform will make it that much easier for college coaches to properly evaluate you. With our platform you will have access to upload an unlimited amount of videos for coaches to view, as well as add all of your academic and athletic information. Here we will discuss the importance of video, the types of video to be uploading, and the resources Coach Mom has to help with this part of the process.

ARS is currently developing an app, launch date TBD> As of now, we are smartphone compatible. This means our website is fully functional on Apple and Android browsers.

Currently we only focus on Men’s and Women’s basketball. There is always a possibility of expansion in the future, so stay on the lookout!
